An elopement strips a wedding back to the part that matters: the two of you, the promise, and maybe a handful of people you love. I photograph elopements and intimate weddings in Richmond and across Virginia, from quick courthouse vows downtown to garden ceremonies at Maymont and quiet spots that only mean something to you.
Because there is no crowd to manage, the day moves at your pace. I help you plan the timeline around the best light, suggest locations that suit the feel you are after, and handle the logistics so you can stay present with each other. Coverage can be as short as the ceremony and a few portraits, or stretch across getting ready, vows, and a dinner with family afterwards.
