Good to know
- Booking windows
- Maternity 28–36 weeks; newborn 5–14 days after birth; milestone 3–9 months; cake smash 11–13 months.
- Validity
- 18 months from the date of the maternity session.
- Payment
- $300 non-refundable deposit at booking. The remaining balance is split into equal monthly payments and paid in full before the final session.
- Transferability
- Collections are non-transferable.
- Refunds
- The deposit is non-refundable. If a session can't happen, its value converts to gallery, print, or album credit.
- Travel
- Newborn and milestone sessions are in-home within the Richmond metro area. Beyond that, travel is quoted at $100 per 50 miles round trip, rounded up.
- Early arrivals
- If baby arrives before the maternity session happens, that session converts to a milestone session at no charge.
