Returns
Every print is produced to order from the original high-resolution file on archival paper. Because nothing sits in a warehouse, please allow a short production window before your order ships.
Production Time
Prints are made to order and dispatched within 5–7 business days of purchase. Framed and matted pieces are hand-finished and may occasionally need a day or two longer. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Orders currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your state:
- Virginia — from $8
- East Coast & South — from $12
- Rest of the United States — from $16
Oversized, framed, or multi-print orders may include a small handling surcharge, always shown at checkout before you pay. Virginia orders include 5.3% state sales tax on the print subtotal.
Packaging
Unframed prints are shipped rolled in a rigid tube or flat-packed between boards, depending on size. Framed pieces are corner-protected and double-boxed.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each print is made to order, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review your size, paper, and framing selections carefully before ordering — the Detail and Room View previews on every print page show exactly what you are ordering.
Damaged or Defective Prints
If your print arrives damaged or with a production defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will produce and ship a replacement at no cost to you. That is the guarantee behind every print we sell.
